Master Adhidev Anish is a young and passionate eco-innovator from Kerala, India, currently studying in the 6th grade at Bhavan's Vidya Mandir. From an early age, he has developed a strong interest in sustainability and environmental protection.
He is inspired by the progressive vision of Narendra Modi and guided by national initiatives such as Startup India, Atmanirbhar Bharat, Make in India, and Viksit Bharat 2047, all of which promote self-reliance, innovation, and sustainable development while aiming to reduce global carbon footprints.
At the remarkable age of 10, he founded Craft Zell, a family-driven startup built on the concept of transforming waste into value. The initiative focuses on collecting discarded or unusable sawn wood waste from landfills, packaging units, construction sites, and furniture industries, and repurposing it into beautifully handcrafted, value-rich, eco-friendly creations.
While the startup operates under responsible parental guidance, the creative ideas and meaningful vision are driven by his young and innovative mind. Craft Zell reflects his strong commitment to sustainability by adopting circular economy principles and creating high-value, cost-effective, handcrafted home products that seamlessly blend creativity, craftsmanship, and environmental responsibility.

Mrs. Aswathy Anish is a dedicated microbiologist with a postgraduate degree in Food Science and Biochemistry from Amrita School of Biotechnology, Kerala, India. She possesses a strong scientific foundation, complemented by a deep commitment to environmental sustainability.

As Co-Founder, she plays a key role in defining the company's strategic vision and leading its sustainability initiatives. A visionary entrepreneur, he laid the foundation of Anish Wood Crafts & Sawmills in 1993, establishing a respected wood-based industry in the central region of Kerala, India.
With over 33 years of dedication and practical experience, he has built a strong and reliable business specializing in the manufacture of quality wooden furniture, doors, windows, and handcrafted products. The unit also offers specialized services such as wood planing, turning, and sawing, catering to the needs of customers across nearby regions.
His organization is supported by a team of skilled craftsmen who develop products based on customer requirements, ensuring consistent quality while maintaining traditional woodworking practices. His work reflects a commitment to craftsmanship and aligns with the values of the "Make in India" initiative.

With over 16 years of experience in health, safety and environment (HSE) across the construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, and utilities sectors in the UAE, he has operated within highly structured environments including ADNOC work management system standards. His expertise in safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management strengthens Craft Zell's commitment to safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.
